Taking Pride in Our Employees and Our Community
At GTSI, we have a passion for projects that support our community of customers along with the community at large. We work hard to create an environment where employees are secure in the knowledge that diversity, work/life balance, community outreach, and family are held in high importance.
GTSI offers a unique blend of programs that are vital to our strategy to be a best place to work. Each plays a role in creating an atmosphere of inclusiveness, collaboration, and involvement.
Each year, GTSI's corporate giving committee, comprised of GTSI employee representatives, selects charities to receive "hands/feet" support and monetary contributions. We grant one day of paid personal leave for employees to contribute their time to the causes they care about as well as support efforts to gather clothing and food and participate in drives, races/walks, or other fundraising events for charitable organizations. Additionally, GTSI holds "First Fridays" on the first Friday every month. Employees give cash donations to a select charity and in return are permitted to wear jeans for the day.

I've recently undergone Project Management Professional Training, which has taught me how to manage people remotely. What makes GTSI unique is it gives you the ability to make decisions.
