A Diverse Mix of Highly Talented Employees Is the Foundation of Our Growth

We use multiple resources including job boards, web sites, and job fairs that champion diversity to attract the best and brightest candidates. Along with our active Employee Referral Program that accounts for 50 percent of our hires, our recruiters are Certified Diversity Recruiters and our employees receive training on valuing and leveraging differences.

Fostering an inclusive work environment requires recognizing and tapping into the talent that exists in our community.

As a premier partner to Fairfax County, VA, Public Schools' Chantilly Academy for Engineering and Scientific Technology, GTSI actively participates in the development, education, and recruitment of a diverse group of high school and college students. We also play an active role in Chantilly Academy's "Girls Exploring Engineering" Program and work with organizations that focus on gender-based and underrepresented communities.

GTSI's recognizes that our culture of excellence thrives on the contributions and accomplishments of women. Women comprise 25 percent of GTSI's executive team, and we maintain our own Women Leadership Counsel.

Both the company and our management have well established reputations for exceptional performance and leadership.
